This story is narrated by a three year old who resides with his parents and two brothers in one part of the world, and his grandparents who live far, far away. The little boy talks of the long journeys to his parent’s homeland where life takes on new dimensions; so many people, so much love. Mouthwatering foods, interesting games, the brothers cannot get enough of it.
Dada (grandfather) is the storyteller and Dadi Ma (grandmother) makes them repeat. They hide in Dadi Ma’s quilt and Dada smiles when he sees them. All good things come to an end, says their mother. But when the little three year old goes back home and misses his grandparents, their photographs appear from his pockets and then he happily re-lives all the fun.
For 4 years and up.
