A well-known book of a popular author of children's literature brings the story of Vincko, to whom his uncle Zahruška lends a helicon. Vincko is to learn to play the helicon, but it will be difficult: his father forbids him to play the instrument, unless he improves all his marks at school to A level. Step by step Vincko meets all musicians of his uncle Zahruška's famous band. In the mysterious world of adults he listens to all sorts of things and meets many interesting people. Though the dialogues are very simple, they are full of ardour and pathos, and the attitude to tradition is strong throughout the entire book. The book was awarded The Most Beautiful Children's Book of the Spring 2014.
