In the highly technological world of gated communities, where nature no longer plays a role, the brothers Nik and Levi discover a raven one night. First it transforms into a man, then into Levi... Levi is particularly attracted by the mysterious Krakonos. 
Rübezahl, as he is also called, the legendary spirit of the mountains, is mercilessly hunted. Together with Krakonos, the two boys attract the attention of the pursuers and have to flee. But can they trust Krakonos?
